Custom Plans
Custom plans are specifically designed for your individual needs and life style.
Custom residential planning is a two step process.

Step One: Preliminaries
Preliminary plans are the ideas and concepts of the client and the designer to determine the conceptual floor plans and elevations.
Preliminary plan charges are included in the price of a custom plan, however, we do require a deposit to do the preliminaries. The deposit is $.45 per square foot (living space only) of proposed plan.

Step Two: Construction Documents
Construction Documents are based on the approved preliminary. These documents are used for permitting and construction, consisting of elevations, floor plans, foundation plan, building sections, roof plan and details.
Construction Documents are charged per square foot (living space).
2500 s.f. or less is $1.85/s.f.
2501 s.f. or more is $2.00/s.f.
