Stock Plans
Stock Plans are pre-designed home plans ready for purchase. Stock plans may be modified according to your needs but may be limited depending on the severity of the changes.
Stock plans, with no modifications, are charged accordingly:
0-1750 square foot
- 4-set package $450.00 plus tax
- 7-set package $550.00 plus tax
1751-4000 square foot
- 4-set package $550.00 plus tax
- 7-set package $650.00 plus tax
Drafting fee is $75.00 per hour. Minimum charge $150.00.
Modifications to a stock plan depend entirely on the severity of the changes. We recommend searching for floor plans that meet your needs first because exteriors can be modified to your style. Please contact our office for information.
